Shipping policy
Our products are custom-printed, made just for you right when you order. Because of this, processing time to make and ship your order is typically 2 to 7 business days. We know how excited you are for your purchase (we are too!), so we make sure to process and ship your order as fast as we can.
We use economy shipping for all of our products which will be listed at checkout and typically arrives 5-7 days after the order has been processed and marked as "shipped". **Economy transit times are not guaranteed & may increase during the Winter Holiday season.**
In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities based on the product and decoration method used. Therefore, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times. Your items will be shipped as soon as they are ready and you'll receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order.
Due to the different processing times and shipping locations, we are unable to combine shipments. Where possible, any items shipped from the same location will be combined into a single shipment.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left.
DAMAGES
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@yourocktops.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are REQUIRED.
