Refund policy
When you're happy, we're happy. You Rock Tops stands behind the quality of the products we sell and our goal is for you to be thrilled with your purchase. If your purchase does not meet your expectations you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@yourocktops.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at returns@yourocktops.com with your order number if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have a damaged/defective item, you must include a picture of the damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
In addition, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
